Your first goal is not to max every shop. It is to unlock the next room, then return to earlier rooms when a new system makes them scale harder.

First-Run Route

In Darts, buy gold value, extra darts, Rattling Gunner, Auto Throw, then Trial Mode and Shadow Realm when available.
Pay Verminious with the Million Nugget Bribe to unlock Lotto.
In Lotto, unlock ticket types, then prioritize Accountant Toad and Abacus Frog because they turn ticket wins into passive and permanent scaling.
In Pachi, push ball generation and peg leveling first, then add dice minigames, Bubba, and Poker Pirate.
In Sushi, fuel and shakers make the room easier to repeat; Ghost Janitor and Poppy are the biggest system unlocks.
In Gacha, item effects and set completion matter more than raw rarity. Keep items that solve your current room bottleneck.
